The technical consulting team will take customer requirements and convert to customer solutions using the appropriate technology stack. The team will also help with pre-sales activities to ensure any potential requests are able to be delivered via the applications we build and support.
Our Project team manage the delivery of business change and project solutions from initiation through to business as usual operational introduction proven methodologies. They ensure that that all solutions are delivered in an effective and efficient manner focusing on the critical elements of time, cost and quality. They also ensure that resource management to support delivery of projects is controlled.
The helpdesk team works closely with our sales teams in supporting our clients; they manage all setup and ongoing support requirements throughout the lifetime of the relationship and are the interface between the client and the wider business ensuring client satisfaction at all times. This team also works closely with the development teams to assist in any issues that may require more in-depth technical support.
The Finance team manage the day to day financial affairs of the business by ensuring a robust accounting system and controls are maintained to support the accurate recording of financial transactions. They prepare monthly management accounts and the annual company accounts and also provide financial analysis, preparing financial models in support of projects and commercial negotiations.
HR & Legal
HR originate, lead and direct HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee orientated, high performance culture in line with business strategy. They are integral in the development of a valuable workforce.
Business Operations provides operational and administrative support to a number of business areas, including Finance, HR and Customer Services. In addition Business Operations provides general office administration support such as travel booking, reception and diary management.
This team provides works closely with our customers to translate their business needs into tailored solutions using the product they have implemented. Most of our consultants’ time will be based on site with our customers to grow the detailed knowledge of their business to ensure the solution delivered are appropriate for the customer.

The Sales team is responsible for building close customer relationships and in developing and implementing long-term sales strategy and plans. They are responsible for coordinating the technical interface with clients, setting and executing company sales objectives and goals and driving commercial relationships.
The Marketing team is responsible for the implementation of internal and external company brand and messaging, with the objectives of building brand, maximising revenue generation and running events. The team develops all press releases and maintains all sales materials and digital activities. They research target markets and develop opportunities for the sales team.
